Negative taken for April 16, 1959, Arkansas Gazette article "Little Rock Cheer Spreaders Invade Missouri," B1:2. The Little Rock Chamber of Commerce visited Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, on their annual Goodwill Tour. They began their trip at the Missouri Pacific Depot at Union Station in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, where they were outfitted with black derby hats and nametags. The derbies were a gift from the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company. William A. Treadway, Jr., car chairman for the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce's Goodwill Tour gets tips on how to wear his Derby from William E. Snodgrass (center) and D.A. Sparks (right).
